Eldridge Clinic to bring more quality health care to west side of Houston

While Kelsey-Seybold continues to grow and expand in the Greater Houston area, one of the exciting things about the much-anticipated Eldridge Clinic is that even more services will be offered to patients on the west side.

“We’re only a few miles from our Westchase location. The new Eldridge Clinic will bring more primary care to the West Houston area, as well as some rotating specialty care,” said Meagan Zeigenbein, Senior Director of Ambulatory Clinics. “It will be a great addition to our Memorial Villages Campus strategy.”

Kelsey-Seybold broke ground on Eldridge Clinic on Nov. 10. The new clinic is expected to open in the summer of 2023. Several members of the leadership team were present at the groundbreaking, including Ali Hussain, MHA/MBA, and Bazgha Khalid, MD, named Clinic Administrator and Managing Physician, respectively, of Eldridge Clinic.

Patients who live and work in the Eldridge area will have multiple choices for primary and specialty care, Meagan said. Patients will also have the nearby Memorial Villages Campus for specialty care options without having to drive further east.

“This growth is exciting, especially for our patients,” said Dr. Khalid. “We have some patients who live in the Eldridge area commuting to other locations. Once this clinic opens, they’ll be able to receive the same quality care, but much closer to home.”
