Kelsey-Seybold Opens Conroe Family Medicine Clinic, Expanding our Presence in Montgomery County

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic recently acquired a Family Medicine practice in the Conroe area and on March 2 officially transitioned it into Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine. As a direct result of Houston’s growth into outlying suburbs and cities, the City of Conroe is booming. And where there is growth, there are people in need of quality healthcare.

Dr. Jack Pieniazek, D.O., founder and Managing Physician, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine, noted that over the last 20 years the medical practice has flourished in a community that he considers family.

“I’m excited for us to join Kelsey-Seybold Clinic,” he said. “Having the opportunity to offer patients the added benefits that come with being part of the Kelsey-Seybold network – including a highly coordinated and collaborative approach to patient care and greater levels of convenience and access to care, as well as additional care options – is something that I want for my own family, and I’m happy to be able to bring this accountable care model to the Conroe community.”

Kelsey-Seybold providers and staff were excited for opening day and to start caring for the Conroe community. Clinic growth in north Houston

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine, our 24th location, is the latest Kelsey-Seybold development in Houston’s north region. The clinic joins The Woodlands Clinic, The Woodlands OB/GYN and Women’s Health Clinic in serving patients who live and work in the northern communities of the Greater Houston-Galveston region.

“This clinic may be new to Kelsey-Seybold, but not to the Conroe community,” said Barbara Laible, Clinic Administrator at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine, The Woodlands Clinic, and The Woodlands OB/GYN and Women’s Health Clinic. “Conroe Family Medicine has an excellent reputation, and Dr. Pieniazek is well known in this community. He’s committed to delivering coordinated care in the same way that all our physician partners do, focusing on providing the highest level of accountable care. We’re excited to welcome him to the Kelsey-Seybold family.”

Added specialties for patients in Conroe

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine offers current and new patients access to Kelsey-Seybold conveniences, including primary care providers and with space to add specialty care providers (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, and Pulmonary Medicine).

Dr. Rumana Hoque, M.D., Family Medicine physician, was excited to be part of the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe Family Medicine opening and likes to see her patients benefit from the convenience of a multispecialty group practice.

“While working at The Woodlands Clinic, I was providing care to many patients living in Huntsville and New Waverly,” she said. “While The Woodlands and Conroe seem relatively close to each other, having this new Conroe location will be an added convenience for patients who live in these areas farther north. Our patients are excited for us to be here and to have access to our brand of coordinated, accountable care.”

Convenience for the community of Conroe

“I found this location by using the app,” said Gregory Scott. “I’ve been a patient for a while now. I like Kelsey-Seybold’s services, especially the app and the portal. It helped me find this brand-new location, which is close and convenient for me.”
Dr. Pieniazek said the new clinic will offer patients a higher level of coordination and satisfaction.

“The Conroe community needs a clinic like Kelsey-Seybold,” he said. “With this accountable care model, patients are connected throughout the entire continuum of care.”

Patient Russell Page is ecstatic that there’s another clinic option so close to home.

“I typically visit either The Woodlands or Downtown at The Shops locations for my medical needs,” he said. “However, the opening of this new clinic gives me a greater selection of appointments, which is important to me with my schedule.”
