Pearland expansion will bring more services to a growing community

Kelsey-Seybold leadership met with City of Pearland leaders on Oct. 20 to break ground on the Pearland Clinic expansion. Once completed, the clinic will provide additional health services for the rapidly expanding area, particularly around State Highway 288.

“With a growing city, county, and corridor, there will be more people moving in who need medical care,” said Pearland Mayor Kevin Cole. “By increasing services, Kelsey-Seybold will provide improved access to healthcare services in our quickly growing community.”

The increase in services will enhance Pearland Clinic’s ability to connect with patients, said Clinic Administrator Issa Zanayed.

“Expanding this clinic strengthens our relationship with the City of Pearland and the business community. It will also allow us to build relationships with new patients who come into the Kelsey-Seybold system and continue to find more ways to serve our patients,” Issa said.
